What We Can Help With
- Account & Login: problems signing in, invites, account recovery, or account/household deletion requests.

Response Times
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
Self-Service Options
- Manage your family: open the Family screen to invite parents or children, or to remove a member and their data.
- Delete data: removing a household member from the Family screen permanently deletes their account and associated data. To delete an entire household, email us.
- Language: change the interface language anytime via the language selector in the top bar.
